Nichole has been providing ABA services to individuals with Autism since 2009. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Nichole earned a master’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and is licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Wisconsin. She has experience working across a variety of different individuals and settings; including in-home, school, peer groups and in the community. Nichole’s particularly interested in working with early learners– Developing functional communication repertoires (vocal and non-vocal), language acquisition, play, group and social skills, increasing independence in activities of daily living, and treating socially significant behavior that may be interfering with the comfort and/or safety of self or others. She is also the Director of ACT’s School Readiness Program. In addition to teaching younger learners, Nichole is also passionate about mentoring new and experienced clinicians as well as guiding caregivers through treatment as it applies to their child.
