We are looking for fun-loving and caring individuals to join our team to provide ABA therapy for individuals with Autism in the Madison, WI area. No experience is required! We offer paid training!
Behavior Technician - Adult Services
This is a wonderful opportunity to serve as a positive role model and support, lead, and encourage young adults to build lasting life skills. Build lasting relationships while working in a variety of settings including their home and out in the community.
Advanced Line Therapist
Already have ABA therapy experience? Take your career to the next level in this role working one on one with clients and offering administrative support to our Senior and Lead Therapists. This is a great opportunity to further grow your knowledge and skills in ABA.

ACT is a great company to work for! The environment created by the staff and family is welcoming, supportive, and friendly. I enjoy getting to spend time with clients and watching them make progress. It’s very rewarding! Also, no experience is needed to start at ACT. You get training on the job directly with clients. I learned a lot during training and I continue to learn more every time I’m with a client. ACT has very flexible hours. They work around your schedule and you can work as little as 8 hours and as many as 40 hours a week. I highly recommend working at ACT because it has a very positive work environment, you constantly learn new things, and its a very rewarding job!
Achieving Collaborative Treatment (ACT) has been an absolutely amazing place to work for the past 5 years. I started out at the entry level 5 years ago and there has been ample room for growth and I now call this my career! The owners and upper management are easy to talk to, compassionate, and you can tell they truly care about their employees. The work we get to do is also amazingly rewarding. I love all the kiddos I get to work with and they make me smile every day! You can see the impact you're making on a daily basis. Another perk is the flexibility ACT offers. You can work 10 hours a week or 40 hours a week and they will work around your current schedule. I would recommend this to anyone looking for flexibility in their schedules!
