Kelly is the Director of Social Skills at ACT, where she leads the initial intake process, develops new social skills services, and provides ongoing supervision of ACT’s social skills groups and programming. She earned her Master of Science in Psychology with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Social Thinking® Clinical Trainee, Kelly incorporates evidence-based strategies to help individuals engage, self-regulate, and advocate within group settings. She values collaboration with families and schools to ensure socially valid goals that support each individual’s unique growth in meaningful ways.
