Caitlin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science-Education degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, received her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Caitlin enjoys working with children of all ages, but has a particular interest in working with school-aged children. She works closely with families to develop functional communication skills that best fit the needs of client, as well as fostering independence with activities of daily living, emotional regulation, and teaching functional skills to access various socially significant environments. Caitlin is passionate about finding what works best for each individual learner based on their specific needs and personality. She has also found a passion for educating others on neurodiversity and neurodiversity affirming practices, as well as on the progression of the science of ABA and the impacts it can have on the lives of everyone.
